With
every assignment, Jim Caccavo brings over 35 years experience
of having worked and lived in Asia and Europe as well as the
United States. He now works out of his studio in Los Angeles,
California. Published
worldwide in advertising and editorial fields, he is a 1972
graduate of the Art Center College of Design. While a student
at Art Center, he worked for NEWSWEEK and had already earned
international recognition for his work as the Red Cross photographer
in the Vietnam War from 1968 to 1970, as well as working for
NEWSWEEK. A prolific writer, Jim writes for the LOS ANGELES
TIMES and other national publications. Jim has taught at Art
Center College of Design, UCLA, Otis/Parsons School of Design,
Cal State Long Beach, and Los Angeles City College. He has
been interviewed on television by Charlie Rose and by CBS,
NBC, ABC, and Fox News. He is the recipient of numerous awards
for his photography and humanitarian efforts. click
